The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
For Discussion:
1. Mail was reviewed.
2. Minutes from 3.13.12 were approved as written.
3. Letters were signed and written to the owners and contractors at 24 Blue Hill Rd regarding Wetlands work performed without the proper silt fencing.
4. The Board reviewed the special permit application for 151 Hupi Rd and determined that the project as proposed does not appear to fall under the Wetlands Protections Act and more information is needed to determine if it falls under the Scenic Mountains Act.
